The Career Opportunity Program (COP) helps students by providing the resources and right skills to build careers in the global work-place. COP comprises of: Projects / Internships: We offer projects in BPO Operations, Innovation Labs and functional areas like Human Resources. The projects are facilitated by an experienced and technically qualified team. 24/7 Varsity for Teachers
24/7 Varsity is our collaboration with the teaching community, to share with them, essential skills and knowledge needed by the students to build careers in the BPO industry. The ultimate goal of this association is to reach and educate students about the prospects of a career in the BPO industry. The main objectives of this program are to:
Programs include:Light the Lamp program: This program is designed to share our knowledge bank with the faculty – on training skills that businesses demand today – from verbal communication, global requirements and cultures of organizations across the world. As a result of this program, students get the benefit of industry-focused training which goes a long way in helping them global careers. BPO industry training material: Sharing industry skills and training material on topics such as communication lessons and global accents with the faculty help students for a high growth career in the BPO industry. Research projects support: This program enables faculty members to partner with 24/7 Customer on research projects, forums and papers, on one or more emerging topics in the field of ITeS. The aim is to help faculty members continue their professional education by sharing their knowledge of the marketplace with executives working in that field.
