PV Kannan co-founded 24/7 Customer in April 2000. Under PV's leadership, 24/7 Customer is the first in the industry to provide services across the entire customer lifecycle. It is PV's vision and belief that is the foundation for success of 24/7 Customer growth. His vision is to make it simple and easy for companies to acquire and retain their customers, and for customers to seek solutions to their queries, anytime and anywhere in the world. PV's belief that our clients are customers for life is the culture of the organization. 24/7 Customer provides its services to global 1000 companies, round the clock from locations around the world.
PV has been featured as a thought leader in the field of global sourcing, including Tom Friedman's “The World is Flat”, “Outsourcing Thought Leaders” by Booz Allen Hamilton, and in Fortune Magazine. He is also a regular speaker at industry events and has been a panelist in Forbes Conference 2006, Academy of 2006 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, to name a few.
PV's career in on-line and off-line customer sales and service has resulted in a number of U.S. and international patent filings. Prior to 24/7 Customer, PV Kannan was an officer and VP at Kana Software. In 1995, he founded his first company Business Evolution (BEI) based in Princeton , New Jersey , which was acquired by Kana Software in 1999. Prior to Business Evolution, P V worked in the U.S. and Europe in various leadership roles overseeing IT projects.
Trained as a Chartered Accountant in India , P V Kannan holds professional degrees in accounting and finance. PV lives in Los Gatos , California with his wife and daughter.

Shanmugam Nagarajan

S Nagarajan is one of the pioneers in the BPO industry in India and has played a significant role from its inception and emergence. Born in a family of entrepreneurs, Nagarajan has successfully co-founded Business Evolution (BEI), a provider of integrated customer interaction technology and later 24/7 Customer in April 2000.
He has been a key driving force of 24/7 Customer’s exponential growth from a small team of 20 to global centers across five countries. In his current role as Chief People Officer, his main focus is to steer talent management and build a foundation for strong leadership growth. As Chief People Officer, he is involved in inculcating the company values of ownership and pride among all employees.
Nagarajan has championed the cause for industry led initiatives and has been an active participant in the Cyber Crime Lab, data security programs, NASSCOM Assessment Competence and has addressed the issues on different industry forums and business platforms. Nagarajan has also been a panelist in different industry forums like ROTASIA 2007, NASSCOM Leadership Summit 2006, ITeS BPO summit 2006, to name a few. He was conferred with the IT People leadership award by NDTV and DNA magazine in 2006. He is also one of the key members of the NASSCOM Executive Council.
He has been instrumental in driving 24/7 Varsity, an academic relations program to develop the employable talent pool across universities in India. In his earlier role as Chief Operating Officer, he established state-of-the-art delivery centers in India and also pioneered the successful implementation of the BOT (Build Operate Transfer) model.
Nagarajan began his career in IT with Tata Consultancy Services and later held various technical and senior management positions in the US, Europe, and India at companies such as Comsys Technical Services, Churchill Insurance Co.
Nagarajan has a Master's Degree in computer applications from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, a professional degree in statistics from Loyola College, Chennai.
Nagarajan lives in Bangalore with his wife, son & daughter.
Madhu Ranganathan

Madhu Ranganathan joined 24/7 Customer in June 2008. As the Chief Financial Officer, Madhu brings over 20 years of strong financial, operational and business strength, along with “Big 4” public accounting experience to lead 24/7 Customer’s worldwide functions. Most recently, Madhu was the Chief Financial Officer of Rackable Systems (Nasdaq: RACK), a provider of server and storage products for large scale data centers, where Madhu’s responsibilities included a successful secondary offering, raising over $300 million, as well as scaling finance operations during her tenure. Prior to Rackable, Madhu served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Redback Networks, a leading networking solutions provider, where she played a key role in a highly successful turnaround effort that included financial restructuring, securing venture funding and managing operations to achieve improved margins, cash position and profitability. Madhu also led finance operations at emerging growth companies, Jamcracker and BackWeb Technologies, including a successful IPO at BackWeb. Earlier in her career, she held positions in finance and accounting at Liberty Mutual and PriceWaterhouse LLP.
Madhu is a Chartered Accountant from India, Certified Public Accountant in California and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. She is also a member of the National Asian American Society of Accountants (NAASA) and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives (FWE&E).
Chris Gandolfo

Chris joins 24/7 Customer with over 17 years of experience in executive sales and enterprise software expertise. Prior to 24/7, Chris led Sales Strategy and Execution in North America for CA Technologies, a leading enterprise software company specializing in IT Management and Security solutions. During his time at CA Technologies, Chris led sales teams in Texas, California, and the Pacific Northwest focusing on new software revenue and customer retention. He also spent time in corporate sales operations where he helped design a strategic forecast capability for the company which modeled pricing practices and renewal expectations for CA's large portfolio of enterprise agreements.
Chris holds a BS from Vanderbilt University in Economics, and Human and Organizational Development. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes joins 247Customer as Managing Director for European Operations. Mike joins 24/7 Customer, Inc. with a wealth of experience in the Customer Service Industry. He has over 20 years of experience in Customer Management, Change Leadership and IT. With the UK and Europe targeted as the focus markets for 24/7 Customer, Mike will be instrumental in creating new industry best practices from his rich pool of Customer Service experience.
Prior to joining 24/7 Customer, Mike ran his own Customer Management and Business Transformation consultancy PeopleTECH with clients in a range of industry sectors. He has held a number of senior Customer Management and IT roles such as CEO, Orange India Services Ltd; a dual responsibility of Vice President - Customer Service & Vice President - Transformation at Orange/FT Group; Managing Director at BskyB and, most recently VP of Transformation at Orange, having initially lead Service operations in both the UK and India.
Mike is educated in the UK and attended IMD in Switzerland in the 90's as part of his executive education. A classic car collector and car enthusiast lives in London.

Ananth Siva joins 24/7 Customer with 24 years of experience in the high tech industry and brings with him a wealth of experience in executive management, sales, marketing and operations. As Managing Director - Australasia, Ananth is responsible for the overall business from the region.
Prior to joining 24/7 Customer, Ananth was the General Manager - Asia Pacific, Mobile Resource Management at Trimble Navigation, a leader in GPS and Wireless based solutions. Ananth established @Road in APAC in 2005 (which was acquired by Trimble in 2007), where he established a multi-million dollar recurring business for the flagship Software as a Service solution for field force management.
Prior to Trimble, Ananth spent nineteen years at IBM where he held many senior positions, including IBM's Asia Pacific Software Group Executive, in charge of Industry Solution Sales. In his role he led IBM's Asia Pacific sales and marketing organization - a team of more than 250 software sales representatives that developed a successful track record selling into Global 1000 companies. As a core member of the company's global sales force, he provided counsel on sales, service, support and other topics.
At IBM, Ananth was also responsible for building the company's highly successful business development program with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Under his leadership, IBM saw its regional ISV revenues catapult from about $100 million in 1998 to more than $1 billion in 2003.
Ananth earned his bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Bombay, India. In addition he holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney, Australia and is a certified Wharton Business School "Major Deal Maker."

Kathy Juve joined 24/7 Customer with over 20 years of executive sales, marketing and operations experience. Prior to joining 24/7 Customer, she was with Creditek Corporation, a leading BPO firm specializing in Accounts Receivable outsourcing solutions where she was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining Creditek, she spent 8 years at Convergys Corporation in a variety of executive leadership roles, most recently, as the Vice President in charge of business development for the Technology and Telecommunication Practice.

Ravi Garikipati brings over 20 years of technology and management expertise to 24/7 Customer with leadership experience in building teams to deliver high quality products and services in databases, business intelligence, middleware, ecommerce and enterprise application areas.
Ravi has built and led product engineering, production operations and support teams at Vendio, serving as Senior Vice President. At Andale, he was Vice President and General Manager of India Operations responsible for managing the growth and development of India operations in addition to his functional role as head of product engineering. Prior to that, Ravi was Senior Director of Engineering at Arzoo where he led architecture design and development of a large P2P commerce platform.
Ravi has also held various senior engineering management positions at Oracle, IBM and Covansys, where he gained extensive experience in building scalable enterprise application architectures and services.
Ravi holds a Masters degrees in Software Engineering and Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
Prashant Cherukuri

Prashant Cherukuri joins 24/7 Customer with 17 years of experience in the technology industry and brings with him a wealth of experience in application development, entrepreneurial leadership and executive management. As Chief Information Officer, Prashant is responsible for the spear-heading all information technology and systems development.
Prashant comes to 24/7 Customer from Aditya Birla Minacs. He served there as the CDO for their IT Services business unit and was responsible for creating new revenue streams by building capabilities in the areas of remote infrastructure management, managed testing, enterprise mobility and ERP.
Prior to becoming the CDO, Prashant served as the CIO of Aditya Birla Minacs for its North American geography. In this engagement, he was successful in streamlining IT service management, setting up of a offshore development center, optimization and consolidation of data centers and global WAN infrastructure.
Prashant moved to Minacs from PRC, a BPO in South Florida where he took responsibility for the overall technology, architecture, applications and also spear-headed their business intelligence and CRM development.
At the onset of his career, Prashant pursued his entrepreneurial interests and joined Technion Communications were he was responsible for the overall technology management and delivery. He was instrumental in driving annual revenues up to $80M with operations in 5 countries.
Prashant earned his bachelor’s degree in technology from Osmania University, India. In addition he holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, USA.
Animesh Jain

Animesh joined 24/7 Customer in 2004 as Vice President of Operations and has been instrumental in setting up the Build Operate Transfer (BOT) model delivery center for a Top 3 Mobile Telecom Provider in the UK. Under Animesh’s leadership, the BOT became the No. 1 performing center across the client’s global delivery centers in just six months.
As the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), he leads the operations across the delivery centers in India. His key responsibilities are to enhance capabilities, institute operational excellence, and instil the drive to outperform across the India delivery centers.
Before joining 24/7 Customer, Animesh held leadership roles at Genpact and NIIT.

Kapil joined 24/7 Customer in May 2004 and has held various leadership positions across technology, operations and service delivery domains. He has held, managed and led teams across functions to support clients across industries including retail, technology and telecommunications, for both voice and non-voice support.
Kapil has previously worked with Keane and United Healthcare.

As Country Manager - 24/7 Customer Philippines, Rienzi Ramirez is responsible for the overall client engagements in this region.
Rienzi joined 24/7 Customer in May 2006, and has over 10 years of experience in the BPO sector where he held various roles and responsibilities in operations catering to different geographies in the US, UK and Australia.
Prior to that, he was engaged in retail, sales and marketing catering to the Asian Pacific region.
Rienzi earned an undergraduate degree in Quantitative Economics and a MS in Industrial Economics from the University Of Asia and the Pacific. In addition he also holds a MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
