24/7 Customer Music Club Launches “Jhalak” - An all employee, in-house production.

Hyderabad, Thursday, June 10, 2010: The in-house Music Club of 24/7 Customer, a predictive-interaction and contact center solutions provider, today launched their debut Album – “Jhalak”. This is the first time in the BPO industry, an inhouse all employee music album is being released.

The 13 track album has been written and composed by nine members of the group. The ensemble of 13 energetic, peppy and up-beat songs are centered on the life at 24/7 Customer and various other themes like love, life and energy.

A musical evening has been organized at the 24/7 Campus, Bangalore to commemorate the launch of “Jhalak” with live performances by the members of the 24/7 Music club and Galeej Gurus. .

Shanmugam Nagarajan, Chief People Officer, 24/7 Customer said, “We have always been an employee centric organization and encourage employees to explore their creative side. This in-house creation of Jhalak, the music album, as its name suggests, gives a glimpse of the untapped talent of our youngsters. This clearly reflects the culture of our company that a 24/7ite regularly experiences.”

“It gives me great joy to see creativity flourish in an environment where performance is primary. Our wishes are with the 24/7music club to reach many more milestones in future,” said Animesh Jain, Chief Delivery Officer, 24/7 Customer. “This album will be sold to the employees and we intend to share the proceeds of the sale to an NGO. We are also in talks with one or two music companies to promote this album and make it available to the general public,” he further added.
