The Bangalore-based 24/7 Customer, a BPO outfit
largely focusing on the voice segment is targeting a top line of
$100 million for the fiscal 2005-06. The company is also set to
enter newer geographies to spread its area of operations.
S Nagarajan, Founder & COO, 24/7 said that
during the current year revenues of the company will double to $60
million. Also on cards is an overseas acquisition. "We have already
started to bid for companies. This acquisition will help us near
shore or onshore some of the work that we plan to do. The acquisition
targets should ideally be in UK or Ireland," he added.
24/7 Customer operates two centres, one each
in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The company currently operates 2,400-seat
call centre, which will "almost double" in the current fiscal. "We
are now looking at Chennai for setting up out third centre. Our
seats under operation will increase in Hyderabad this year," Nagarajan
said.
