Head of Americas’ operations becomes Chief Operating Officer
Co-Founder becomes Chief People Officer

24/7 Customer today designated senior leader Ms Renée Kuwahara to the post of the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder Mr. S Nagarajan to the position of Chief People Officer.
Ms. Renée Kuwahara as the Chief Operating Officer will lead operations across 5 delivery centers in India and Guatemala . Renee has over 22 years experience in contact center and business process outsourcing. Prior to her current assignment she worked with Convergys Corporation as Senior VP of Operations, where she had global operational responsibility for center business processes such as Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Training, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Renée also worked with Fidelity Investments Contact Center Operations in Boston and Salt Lake City and Electronic Data Systems. Renée joined 24/7 Customer in May 2006 as Chief Delivery Officer–Americas, and set up the 24/7 Customer Guatemala center.
In his new role as the Chief People Officer, S Nagarajan , Co-Founder, 24/7 Customer, will drive talent management globally. He will be playing the role of the chief mentor and would be involved in inculcating the values and culture of the company in the global delivery centers.
