24/7 Customer announces launch of new centre in Gurgaon
- The state of art Gurgaon centre to be its eighth facility, worldwide -

New Delhi , Thursday, 21 June, 2007

24/7 Customer, a premier global provider of business process outsourcing services, today announced the launch of its delivery centre in Gurgaon. The company is setting up a state-of-the-art centre in Gurgaon, its fifth centre in India , catering to voice based inbound customer support service. Initially an incubation centre of 300 seats will be set up, with plans to ramp up to a facility of 1,50,000 sq. ft. with over 1,500 seats in the next 12-18 months.

Mr. S Nagarajan, Co-founder and Chief People Officer, 24/7 Customer said, “The NCR region is an established hub for IT talent with a well established education system providing a huge talent pool. Setting up a centre in NCR is part of our planned expansion. The right mix of talent and infrastructure will help us attract and service large global customers from here.”

“This center is our first foray into the northern region. We plan to hire over 400 – 500 people in the next 3 to 6 months for the Gurgaon centre and ramp up to over 1,000 people in the next 12 months. With the opening of this facility, we hope to further reinforce our promise of being the n umber one vendor globally on performance for over 85% of our clients,” said Mr. Pradeep Narayanan, Chief Delivery Officer, 24/7 Customer.

This is 24/7 Customer's eighth global centre, the other seven centres are in Bangalore , Hyderabad , Chennai , Guatemala and Manila.
