Hi, I am Sonal Bhimani, Senior Manager,
Learning and Development in 24/7 Customer.
I joined the company on April 3rd, 2000,
a couple of days before our company was officially launched.
I still remember we were only 10 people - and today when I
look around, we are close to 6,000 people spread across 6
locations and still expanding! The organization has grown
and I have grown with it. From a management trainee to a senior
manager…it has been a momentous journey.
It was one fine afternoon after my post
graduation from Mount Carmel Institute of Management that
I was recruited off campus, raw but with an aspiration to
make a mark in the corporate world. Although I had joined
as a management trainee I soon discovered that my passion
lay in Training and sure enough I got the opportunity to explore
this avenue, which I now consider my career.
Today I work with a 60 member strong
training team of talented, vibrant and very bright people.
It has been an intensely rewarding journey. Having been an
integral part of a mentoring organization with a vision, spirited
people and free-flowing ideas has helped me blossom as a professional.
I have had my ups and downs, but never
a moment of doubt that I am in the right place. It has been
an exciting journey. With a company that has driven me to
be the best I can be! And that's why I love 24/7!
