24/7 Customer Wins CCF Award for Best Non European Call Centre, 2007

24/7 Customer has won the prestigious CCF Award for Best Non European Call Centre for the year 2007 . The award was announced  on September 26, 2007, at a glittering ceremony held at Hotel Birmingham Metropole, UK .  The CCF Call Centre Awards have recogni s ed professional excellence in the contact centre industry across Europe, Middle East and Africa for the last 12 years. The awards are closely associated with the leading UK contact centre magazine – CCF (Call Centre Focus). The judges described 24/7 Customer's winning performance as follows: " The judges were overwhelmed by the winning centre, thanks to its incredible achievements in performance, including in one case hitting more than 200 per cent of target and  in another, attaining the enviable position of becoming a profit centre for one of its clients. All  the while maintaining world-class people practices and experiencing phenomenal growth. In short, this centre should be held up as a shining example of best practice across the globe." 

The evaluation parameters for the award  included:

• Evidence of fantastic customer service and steps taken to improve C-Sat level year on year
• Evidence of great people practice (including recruitment, training, coaching, and facilities for staff) that make our centre a pleasure to work for
• An effective relationship with our clients, including a clear understanding of our clients' challenges, how the centre has made a positive contribution to their business, immersion in the client brand and evidence of a transparent relationship.
• Effective leadership and an understanding from agents of their role within the business as a whole.
