Shri Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, inaugurated
its Hyderabad contact center today. This state of the art center
located at the Cyber Gateway in the Hi-Tech City complex opens with
an initial Phase I capacity of 300 seats. Phase II of the center
will be completed by the end of this year thus providing a total
facility capacity of 700 seats capable of supporting in excess of
2,000 agents over three shifts.
