The Honorable Shri Chandrababu Naidu Inaugurates 24/7 Customer's First Center in Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad Center Marks The Firm's 4th Office In India

Hyderabad, India - September 10, 2003-- 24/7 Customer,a leading provider of outsourced contact center and BPO services to Global 500 companies, announced that the Honorable Shri Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, inaugurated its Hyderabad contact center today. This state of the art center located at the Cyber Gateway in the Hi-Tech City complex opens with an initial Phase I capacity of 300 seats. Phase II of the center will be completed by the end of this year thus providing a total facility capacity of 700 seats capable of supporting in excess of 2,000 agents over three shifts.

Commemorating the special occasion, the Honorable Chief Minister Shri Chandrababu Naidu said, "We are pleased to have an industry leader such as 24/7 Customer open this leading edge facility in Hyderabad. This center and the resulting work performed here will place Hyderabad amongst the leading IT Enabled Services destinations in India and across the globe. This is only the latest contribution P.V. Kannan has provided to the development of A.P. in his role on our state's ITES Development Board."
