24/7 Customer expands operations to Canada Appoints President for Canadian Business

Halifax, September 13, 2004 - 24/7 Customer (www.247customer.com), the leading provider of outsourced contact centre and BPO services to Global 500 companies, announces the appointment of Ian Cavanagh as President of its new Canadian operation. Mr. Cavanagh will lead 24/7 Customer Canada's strategic business development and manage the company's operations including the establishment of a Canadian "nearshore" call centre that complements its offshore capabilities.

Experienced in both private and public high growth technology companies, Ian was most recently President of Daruma Consulting, where he focused on providing strategic guidance to start-ups in Canada and the United States. Prior to founding DARUMA, Mr. Cavanagh held senior executive roles with Kana Communications and Genesys Telecommunications.

Mr. Cavanagh holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Acadia University and the Technical University of Nova Scotia.
