to Canada Appoints President for Canadian Business

the appointment of Ian Cavanagh as President of its new Canadian
operation. Mr. Cavanagh will lead 24/7 Customer Canada's strategic

Experienced in both private and public
high growth technology companies, Ian was most recently President
of Daruma Consulting, where he focused on providing strategic guidance
to start-ups in Canada and the United States. Prior to founding
DARUMA, Mr. Cavanagh held senior executive roles with Kana Communications
and Genesys Telecommunications.
Mr. Cavanagh holds a Bachelor of Electrical
Engineering Degree from Acadia University and the Technical University
of Nova Scotia.
