The Second Beyond Knowledge seminar will
be held on the 12th of September 2004 at the Leela Palace, Bangalore.
The theme for the seminar is "Exploding the Myths of BPO." The seminar
will focus on dispelling many of the perceptions (and misconceptions)
about careers in the business process outsourcing industry. The
seminar series is open to NSRCEL and IIMB academic community and
students, 24/7 Customer employees and special invitees from the
external community.
Mr. Kiran Karnik, President - Nasscom,
will deliver the key note address, while Prof. Mathew J Manimala,
Chairperson, NSRCEL will inaugurate the seminar. Eminent industry
personalities and academicians will share their views and experiences
on various facets of the BPO industry. Speakers at the Beyond Knowledge
seminar would include Dr.Rupa Chanda, Professor- IIMB, Mr.S. Nagarajan,
