24/7 Customer sets up new centre
in Hyderabad
- Rapid growth spurs aggressive expansion plans and launch of
fully dedicated facility in Hyderabad

companies, today announced the launch of a fully dedicated facility
in Hyderabad. The new facility, located in the heart of the city
at Somajiguda, will provide contact centre and back office services
to its customers in the US and UK.
Spread over 90,000 sq feet the state-of-the-art
facility has a capacity of 1200 seats spread across six floors and
will initially house 800 employees. The company plans to increase
the headcount by an additional 1000 employees over the next six
to nine months. This is the sixth facility of 24/7 Customer across
three cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai) in India. 24/7 Customer
now employs over 5500 employees.
