24/7 Customer strengthens partnership with Aviva in India

Opens 1700 seats facility in Bangalore; to set up operations in
Chennai with an 1800 seats facility

Bangalore, India - December 12, 2005

24/7 Customer, the leading provider of outsourced contact center and BPO services to Global 1000 companies, today announced the expansion of its partnership with Aviva, the world's fifth largest insurance company. The new 1,700 seats state-of-the-art dedicated facility in Bangalore is spread over an area of 175,000 sq feet and will offer services in life insurance as well as motor insurance.

The relationship between 24/7 Customer and Aviva commenced in April 2003 to serve UK customers, with the setting up of a separate subsidiary by 24/7 Customer. The relationship has grown to 1,100 people servicing UK and Canadian operations of Aviva in the last 2½ years. To manage the growth a 1,700 seats dedicated centre has been set up for the subsidiary in Brookefields, Bangalore. 24/7 Customer provides services to the motor, life and health insurance business of Aviva and has been one of the best centres for Aviva amongst its various centres in UK and India.

Based on the success of the Bangalore operations, 24/7 Customer has signed a new relationship with Aviva to start its operations in Chennai. The Chennai centre would be a 1,800 seats centre that will serve the UK market of Aviva. The operations will commence in February 2006.

With this addition, 24/7 Customer will provide a variety of back office and customer facing services with a total of 3500 seats across Bangalore and Chennai dedicated to Aviva."
