247Customer firmly believes that being a responsible corporate citizen is an integral part of its mission and vision as an organization. 24/7 Customer's Corporate Social Responsibility framework is focused on the youth and physically challenged community in India and comprises the following elements:
- Monetary contribution to and voluntary participation in social organizations
- Initiatives to unlock potential of the youth community in India
- Corporate manager (VP of HR) to directly handle all CSR initiatives
Some of the typical initiatives that 24/7 Customer has taken as part of CSR include:

Sponsoring blood donation camps organized in the cities where our operations are present

Sponsorship and recognition of bright young students for their academic performance

Participation in social welfare activities initiated by industry forums
24/7 Customer has been consistently organising and participating in these initiatives from the time of its inception in the year 2000.
24/7 Customer has spent close to 15,000 GBP over the last 2 years in CSR activities.
24/7 Customer has identified over 20 - 25 NGOs in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad that focus on programs related to
- Women in need of economic and social assistance
- Children education programs
- Physically challenged people
24/7 Customer has tie-up with its clients to participate in initiatives that adhere to the CSR goals of both 24/7 Customer and those of the client as well. These global initiatives are implemented in India, either through a joint participation or by equal contribution from 24/7 Customer and the client.

All the programs initiated with these NGOs and educational institutions are continuous and ongoing. The HR team and the CEO lead most of these initiatives and some are categorized as a corporate support led initiative.
During the recent Tsunami that affected millions of people, the employees of 24/7 Customer across all the delivery centers in India and offices across the globe voluntarily contributed half day's salary. There is an ongoing initiative for donation of old clothes, books and reusable items. These are collected regularly from across all the centers of 24/7 Customer and distributed to identified orphanages and charitable homes.
Each such activity is identified and employees are encouraged to participate, volunteer and contribute generously.
